Refunds and Replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we will gladly replace any damaged or incorrectly produced items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a replacement, we must be notified within 7 days of receiving your items. Contact us at Mpeter8078@aol.com with your order number. We will replace your items in a timely manner at no additional cost to you.

Pease note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for correctly produced custom photo magnets due to change of mind or ordering errors on the customer's part.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Cancellation of orders

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, providing the production has not started. Once production begins, we cannot cancel the order.
